A little bit about me

We take photos to capture a moment in time, I spend my life living in that moment.
Photography for me is beyond a way to earn a living, photography is my way of seeing the world.
I started out taking photos of my dance classes, then photos of my final art piece when studying Fine Art.
A trip to Europe at the rebellious age of 19 is when it all hit home. This is what I was meant to do. Travel the world, meet weirdly wonderful people and capture every moment on film. I graduated from Sydney Institute in 2006 and from there I moved to London assisting many photographers and picking up a couple of front page editorials along the way. I moved to New York to participate in an internship with National Geographic and Magnum photographer Steve McCurry that took me on an amazing adventure in India. Whom else do you learn from but the best.
Since returning to Perth I have helped to set up Perth’s first fully independent photography school SHOOT.
All of these experiences, and the wealth of knowledge gained from them, I bring to each and every shoot. From Newborns to New formed bands, from a blushing bride to a dancer leaping a mile high.

Let me share my passion with you.
